Thank you for shopping at Poppin Pets! We want to get your pet's new gear to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Because we partner with premium, specialized UK fulfillment hubs, we are able to provide fast, reliable domestic shipping completely free of customs surprises. 
Processing Times All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
UK Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery We keep things simple: we offer reliable, tracked shipping across the UK. ◦ Standard Tracked Delivery: 3 to 5 business days (after dispatch)Total Estimated Door-to-Door Time: 4 to 8 business days Shipping Cost:FREE for general UK Mainland delivery.Note: For select remote areas (such as parts of the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or offshore islands), courier delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days. We are currently unable to ship to Jersey. 
Our Trusted Couriers Our fulfillment partners use established UK domestic networks, including Royal Mail (Tracked 48), Evri, and DPD / Parcelforce (for large items like premium pet beds). 
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. If you have not received your delivery within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team at support@poppinpets.co.uk.
